Pictures Thanks for the pictures of the crane removal. I will take some pictures during the site tour tommorrow and post later in the week. I noticed that kitchens being installed on the lower residential floors. Things are moving along quickly.

When I met with the builder a few weeks ago they had some specs on the removal crane. I think this is not the last of the construction delay notes. I am thinking it will be at least Feb 2010 for me to move into PH level.

I have purchased a PH unit at East. I am happy with the progress but know that schedules are delayed for a variety of reasons and I will likely be one of the last to move into the building. I am happy to wait to get a quality product and have had a great experience with the builder so far...

I am expecting that move in will be Dec 2009-Jan 2010 based on my current gut feel on where things are at and what they have to go. I am hopeful that once they reach ground level things will move more quickly.

finishes selection I have my appointment next Friday. Apparently the finishes centre will be closing soon so they want to get everyone processed. Let me know if your appointment is before next week.

Finishes Centre Open on weekends 12-4pm I was in the small sales office located next to the construction site this past Sunday. The Brad Lamb sales rep mentioned that appointments were being scheduled with purchasers to choose condo finishes. He mentioned occupancy would be in May 2009.
