LeBANC Development has a render of the Robinson Glen Condos on their website. I removed the text - this development should be located on the intersection of Kennedy/Major Mackenzie.

A couple photos from my unit - as of 1/3, the west tower is occupied until the 25 - 27th floor. Still lots of interior works to be completed.

Anyone know what's going on with Signature Phase II?

Perhaps they are looking to revise their development application given that the Mount Joy Secondary Plan proposes to raise the maximum height from 20 to 30 storeys.

I'm not surprised by the NIMBYism. That being said, it's in a great location with close proximity to both Unionville GO/York U.

Here's another render from the Circulated Planning Applications July 25 to August 7, 2022. Address looks to be 3825 Highway 7 East.

I believe the developer has resubmitted Phase 2 and Phase 3 to consist of one (25 storey) and three (27, 32, 37 storey towers), respectively.
