It looks to me, that only the front of the houses are being kept while the rear half of the houses are demolished. Basing this on the peaks of the roofs ending with the start of the new building, so basically only keeping facades. I'm not very happy with that result and hope it is reworked but...

What a poor job they did with this metal tile, the grout at the top is twice as wide as the surrounding ceramic tiles, this makes the bottom is almost flush against the lower tile and the whole thing is also on a slight angle too. Where is the quality control?

^^ I'd say that title would go to the Royal Bank Plaza since it is golden and shiny in all lighting, while the Delta and any other ordinary glass building will match in only certain times/lighting, on an overcast day it will be dull too. Regardless, it does look good in Bluedjay's picture.
