Why you son of a ....... xD

    Toronto Southcore Financial Centre & Delta Toronto | 159.71m | 45s | GWL | KPMB

Well, I would have thought that would be a bit obvious considering oxford is far more superior to 300 Front in terms of size, asthetics and sheer prominence. And I would guess the same for 156 Front.

Mississauga MW Condo | 92.05m | 28s | JD Development Group | Tregebov Cogan Architects

Yeah it sure is unoriginal. ^ We have way too many of these buildings going up nowadays. Ridiculous right? And that RED! How many times do we have to keep seeing splashes of colour on condos! Bring the the gray I say! Isn't that right?

    Toronto L-Tower | 204.82m | 58s | Cityzen | Daniel Libeskind

Great picture! I would just like to point out the huge difference in quality of buildings in this picture. Amazing how the left half of the picture is made of green boxes with no intention but profit (exceptions are there of course). Surprising how bad it looks even without the worst buildings...

    Toronto Backstage On The Esplanade | 116.73m | 36s | Cityzen | P + S / IBI

It is such a small slab of land, it would have looked much better to create a park (or would it be a parkette) with the land. There is already quite a bit of density on that intersection and some green would have looked good. The building itself doesn't look bad but the dark colour might either...

    Toronto The Dineen Building | ?m | 5s | Commercial Realty G. | George Robb

True, but I just don't think that the bashing against the building is deserved. Like you said the overall project seems to be a success but it feels like a lot are under the impression that a small addition ruins the entire project. Considering all the other historic buildings being torn down...

    Toronto The Dineen Building | ?m | 5s | Commercial Realty G. | George Robb

Why do you people care if the guy added the glass or renovated the interior? Fact is he managed to do something that most developers wouldn't look twice at doing. The building looks amazing after being restored and the black glass doesn't take away from that at all. Also, the top will be used as...

    Toronto 50 Bloor Street West | 230.11m | 70s | Morguard Corporation | Pellow + Associates

To be honest I don't like either X or Bay Club. Yes 50 bloor isnt exactly perfect just from that one render, which is their ONLY render. However, I think those different pieces fit together quite well and the podium is quite amazing just by it's sheer size. Yes, 1 bloor is quite nice with the...

    Toronto 50 Bloor Street West | 230.11m | 70s | Morguard Corporation | Pellow + Associates

I hope your not judging 1 bloor by by how "pretty" the render is because it seems that is what you're doing by trying to compare two renders. Both buildings look amazing but I hold my previous say when I said that 50 bloor could possibly outshine 1 bloor. Both will be amazing additions to the...

    Toronto 50 Bloor Street West | 230.11m | 70s | Morguard Corporation | Pellow + Associates

Well said, I think this tower has got to be one of the best proposed. I don't really get why many are bashing the tower itself. The thing doesn't have much spandrel, has a unique shape and crown, and best of all isn't green or bluish green. This will do wonders to bloor. This is definitely a...

    Toronto Ten York Street Condos | 224.02m | 65s | Tridel | Wallman Architects

Only thing to worry about is the colour of that spandrel wall and how that will look, but other than that it looks pretty good and quite refreshing.

    Toronto 2221 Yonge Condos | 192.62m | 58s | Tower Hill | Pei Partnership

It's crappy proposals like these that (though it isn't entirely your typical glass box) end up absorbing the market and leave better looking buildings (like massey or ghery or oxford) having to deal with a declining market. What's the point of building something inspiring if buildings like these...

    Toronto YC Condos -- Yonge at College | 198.42m | 62s | Canderel | Graziani + Corazza

To be honest I like both designs but I understand why the design is so reversed. The first one appreciates flow and seamless integration whereas the new render is more focused on contrast. Either way I wouldn't have minded either and just hope it ends up looking like the render (if accepted).

    Toronto Nautilus Condos | ?m | 39s | Biddington | Graziani + Corazza

I like those series of photos. The buildings are a bit monotonous but not much when compared to some of the green canyons in the Toronto core.

    Toronto CHAZ | 150.87m | 47s | 45 Charles Ltd | P + S / IBI

I don't know, I sort of like the angles on this one. This could just end up surprising us in the end.

    Toronto Forma | 308m | 84s | Great Gulf | Gehry Partners

Agreed. I don't get why everyone is bashing the "toilet paper" design. After all the boxy, uninspiring, unimaginative podiums we have in the city and in the core, you are actually bashing something that looks different? Obviously it isn't the final design and obviously it's probably going to be...

    Toronto Pinnacle One Yonge | 345.5m | 105s | Pinnacle | Hariri Pontarini

Definetly agreed. Also, you have to remind yourselves that Toronto is becoming more ambitious with the hordes of people moving downtown. Surely, with these businesses and young vibe with the many universities and colleges, Toronto will become a city of more risks. Also, we have seen Toronto...

    Toronto 300 Front Street West | 156.05m | 49s | Tridel | Wallman Architects

Like how it looks very slim in that last pic. Definitely one of its better angles

    Toronto Garrison Point | 118.56m | 35s | Cityzen | Hariri Pontarini

It may not be now but certainly in a few years it will be considering the pace at which downtown is growing. My point was that building design and the amount of money invested into it should be taken into account. 30 Ordnance Street isn't prime downtown either but with development like this, it...
