Haha agreed! But while I'm looking forward to this corner being developed, I do love looking at the west side of Reve as it stands unobstructed currently. I don't really have any sympathy with those losing their views in a growing city, I was stricking thinking selfishly lol. Perhaps a...

haha, well...no. That's a construction zone. But yes, the Urban Mews will be located here between One Park Place and Daniel's Spectrum and will look a lot different than this when completed!

^Don't rush moving out. You are good for about 2 years before anything gets started! Enjoy the views for quite awhile longer. Condos take lot longer to build (from pre-sales to occupancy) than people think. And with the trades maxed out right now...it's taking even longer. Hope that helps!

    Toronto eCondos | 195.67m | 58s | Bazis | Rosario Varacalli

If people are seriously looking to buy real estate (and they don't own or want a car) then walking around looking projects in the dead of winter is the best thing before making a decision. As we agree, Erskine seems so far away from the subway in winter lol. I like E Condos because of the...

+1. This a a GREAT area of town. It's vibrant with tons of great restaurants and shops, and it's quiet at night. I like several of the other projects going up in the area, but to be located right on the subway with direct access is key when it's minus 20 degrees and you thought that your 7...

Toronto Pan Am Village in the West Don Lands | ?m | ?s | DundeeKilmer | KPMB

Also, here's a rendering I found on Waterfront Toronto's presentation on the West Don Lands last May which should give us a good indication along with the little models above: Image from Waterfront Toronto Website Member FNTS posted better images on March 4 above^ I think its 15-ish storeys...

Thanks for all the pics today, rdaner. Those are the second market condo buildings going up on Block 4. These haven't gone on sale yet. But I took these pics last year at the Canary District sales centre.

+1. I have always loved this bridge. I have a thing for keeping industrial relics in the city. But I understand that we are getting a new bridge, at some point. I won't chain myself to the old bridge or anything haha...but I will be sad when it goes. I'm a big fan of the Gardiner, too...

    Toronto Clear Spirit | 131.36m | 40s | Cityscape | a—A

Awww thanks :) And congrats! It's an amazing area and ONLY getting better. Also, I recall being one of the first residents in a brand new building and it was very eerie seeing no one, except construction workers lol. Magically, all the finishes do get completed. It really is better to have...

    Toronto River City Condos Phases 1 & 2 | ?m | 16s | Urban Capital | ZAS Architects

Okay that made me laugh because the other day there was talk of spiders on balconies. Now we have to worry about mosquitoes, too!! And apparently this year North America is expecting a wave of vampire beatles to invade. I'm just kidding lol! I never seem to have any problems with insects...

    Toronto Aura at College Park | 271.87m | 78s | Canderel | Graziani + Corazza

Totally agree that it's exhausting. I love all the contributions by members with new construction photographs. I try and take as many as I can when I'm out and about in the City for people to enjoy, too. The problem is that while I want to get updates via email of new photographs of new...

    Toronto Aura at College Park | 271.87m | 78s | Canderel | Graziani + Corazza

Oh, I've toured it. I live in Toronto. I DO understand that people are angry with a building. It's constant and persistent (read:annoying) negative comments of Aura. I get that. But it's just a building. I find it funny, however, that someone can trash a building with a simple...
