Can anyone answer why the beer vats couldn't be off loaded in a port in Toronto? Would the size of them prevent travelling to the brewery through the city? I imagine they couldnt go on the Gardiner / 427 and I guess low over passes would be in the way

This is my comment to the article I was told by a foreman at a TTC Garage (I'm also an empoloyee) that the hybrid buses are junk. They offer no fuel savings over the standard diesel buses, but cost $250,000 more. The only reason the TTC got the hybrid buses is to look like they're being green...
