This is what our middle suburban streets like Eglinton, Lawrence, Jane, Keele, Dufferin, Warden, Victoria Pk, Birchmount and all of the other main arteries, need to look like. We could triple the population of the the city with this kind of density.

It's great that there are so many proposals in the ED, but the area is going to look like an extension of City Place. Meaning 30 -45s, glass towers. A few gems, but overall not much variety. I wouldn't mind seeing a few One St. Thomas or Uptown styled towers in the area.

Let us not forget that the average Torontonian thinks that the condo at Jarvis and Richmond, French's Something or other, is the nicest building, built in the last few years.

The second building, which looks as though it is topped out, is short than 1 Yorkville which is only 110M. So I think the stated 125M is probably wrong as well.
