Onyx (MCC, Davies Smith, 35s, Quadrangle/Raw)

    Looks pretty sharp, well done.

Brownstones on Bloor (e of Sterling, Montevallo, 5s)

Lol these look no different than the Regent Park low-rise projects. Some more detailing would be nice...

    Toronto West Block Est. 1928, The LakeShore, and The LakeFront | 130.75m | 41s | Choice Properties | a—A

Don't see why they can't just keep every wall... the North wall offers a cool spectacle off the Gardiner.

    Toronto West Block Est. 1928, The LakeShore, and The LakeFront | 130.75m | 41s | Choice Properties | a—A

Depressing, I didn't know they were actually going to demolish it. How much of the facade are they even saving? And will the finished product look at all like the original?

    Toronto M5V Condominiums | 118.87m | 35s | Lifetime | Core Architects

Is there a scheduled time when those balconies will be painted?

    The Toronto Accent(s)

How interesting such a random part of the US happens to pronounce out and about just like we do. Kinda cool actually. I wonder if there are more areas they missed?

    Mississauga Chicago Condos | ?m | 36s | Daniels | Kirkor

It might be "Disney-esque", but at least it's not covered in bland, boring, and uninspiring green glass. 100% better than any of those condo's, IMO.

Toronto St Regis Toronto Hotel and Residences | 281.93m | 58s | JFC Capital | Zeidler

Did they get around to fixing those mis-matched windows?

    Toronto Living Shangri-La Toronto | 214.57m | 66s | Westbank | James Cheng

Can anyone sneak a pic of the tacked on (brick) facade at the base or is it not possible?

    Toronto 335 Yonge | 55.2m | 16s | Lalani | Zeidler

The Eaton Centre effectivly destroyed the west side of Yonge, and the East is slowly but surely following up. Sad day for Toronto.

    Toronto 335 Yonge | 55.2m | 16s | Lalani | Zeidler

Even if that was the case, are you trying to suggest that would be the first time in over 6 months a cig but would happen to land on the tarp? You're being far too lenient. And who's up at 4am smoking anyways?

    Toronto 335 Yonge | 55.2m | 16s | Lalani | Zeidler

I just want to see the property owner get slammed for arsen, fraud, attempted murder, and anything else that comes with it. Couldn't have made it any more obvious. 4am, what a convenient time to start a fire.

Hooray for yet another green glass condo soon to come. I knew this was coming, was just a matter of time. Not surprised. Extremely disappointed but really, what did you expect?

    Toronto INDX Condos | 178.6m | 54s | Lifetime | P + S / IBI

I wish that was reality... :(

    Toronto 7 St Thomas | 38.71m | 9s | St. Thomas | Hariri Pontarini

Really sucks to see the homes go, don't care if they're a dime a dozen. If you're not frequently prancing around the residential streets of Toronto on a daily basis you'll never come in contact or experience them so your point is null and void. It adds great character and dynamic to the street...

    Toronto 365 Church Condos | 102.1m | 31s | Menkes | Wallman Architects

Yeah glass is nice, but it doesn't necessarily have to have a place in every single neighborhood. Diversity is good. Wish they could at least start to get creative with those mech boxes though... growing quite eerie of them.

    Toronto Living Shangri-La Toronto | 214.57m | 66s | Westbank | James Cheng

You're weird. Let him post what he wants to. After all... he's "respected" isn't he?

Toronto Blue Diamond Condos and Foxbar Towns at Imperial Village | 88.08m | 28s | Camrost-Felcorp | Diamond Schmitt

Because they're gonna butcher the church until little or no aesthetic/historic appeal will be left. Some buidling's just have to be left alone to maintain their character and dignity. This is one of them.
