Also... College Park was originally planned to be 30 - 40 stories but unfortunately due to the great depression it had to be halted at it's podium. We also lost the Toronto Star Tower to FCP which was quite a decent looking Art Deco building. Not that tall, but decent.

That's wrong, you didn't take depth into account. You simply assumed through the angle in which BA is facing. There's a 3rd coordinate involved. Close enough though. :)

Cool, I work right across the street from this site. I should be able to post updates on a frequent basis. The building's fully intact at the moment, not much progress thus far.

We're losing that building? Lame... Meanwhile across the street sits a Price Choppers covered in orange sheet metal along with a suburban-style 1970 strip mall embarassment. I automatically hate this project and the developer now.
