Wow and already formwork for the slab of P2 this project is actually going extremely fast seems like yesterday I remember them starting to dig the hole

Walked past here today no equipment no work going on Just one big hole reminds me of Collingwood when we tried to put up our first six story and that is funny

Yeah but they got away with building the first three stories of underground without one and they didn't do it so I feel like the city kind of lost their teeth on that one would love to see Concord get booted out of the city for this but we won't get that lucky

What I was referring to wasn't anything to do with approvals by the city was that the receiver only had enough funds allocated to complete up to the 62nd floor as of the financial statement they made back in December nothing to do with capping the building off is more of it may stall

So I might be part of a minority here but I actually wouldn't mind seeing a building with similar Massing to this one with the staggered setbacks beating the 300 m mark would definitely fit with our current supertalls being built

I guess we are going to have to start seeing it go up the same way everybody else does by watching the forms bloor you have been an absolute treat for following this project here is hoping that they don't hit pause and we get this building continuing to go up as sky Tower is gaining on it quick

Forgot to take pictures but when I was by today I totally noticed they have almost all the boarding done on the roof and looks like they have scaffolding getting ready to set up for brick work project is about 7 months behind at this time

Looks like we are getting close to the final setback loving this building as the cladding is getting more finished

That moment when I'm like do I want to do the two and a half hour drive and get stuck on the gardener to see what's going on I live too far away for this s*** we really need to get better projects going in my area

No if you look that is a heavy lift crane first truck is the jib extension and second truck is the heavy lift boom I would love to see shoring equipment start showing up though having one of those extremely large crains on site will still look cool I guess we have to wait for more pictures 😂😂

Looks like a fairly large mobile crane interesting Wonder what they are doing are there any cranes getting switched out in the area maybe
