I actually took the plunge yesterday, entered my name and e-mail into his website, and waited to see what lay beyond the website's sign-up form. Spoiler alert. Nothing. What you're reading in his e-mails, that's it: anti-carbon tax, anti-PC establishment, anti-media, balanced budgets...

I also just got my daily e-mail, and it appears he can't do it without me either! Every single day I get a stream of monotonous, triple-spaced nonsense! Can you imagine what would happen if I actually ponied up a buck?!?

I believe this is commonly known as the "Fabergé Strategy."

My e-mails are coming in TRIPLE spaced! Though I must say, it does make them stand out from the more normal messages in my in-box.

I can't remember the pedigree of that photo, but if I recall correctly, at the time, the consensus was that it was indeed real. All you need do is to look at that banner to realize that Doug simply doesn't care about quality.

Alas, the new videos don't include my favourite prop: The Wrinkled Ford Nation Backdrop. That, together with Doug's poorly trimmed (and generally hideous) business card . . . . . . makes me wonder if Deco really makes it's money from printing.
