Did my pre PDI yesterday... went very well. Didn't have too many issues really. Just your typical little dings and scratches. All in all I would say Bluescape is doing a good job on this building.

They really fill in that section of the waterfront nicely.

Yesterday they were starting to dismantle one of the external elevators.

Apparently pre-PDI suite inspections are currently on the 18th floor....

Anyone moving in shortly that can take some PDI pics of the tower suites?

Received another revised Occupancy. They moved it from April 15th to April 22nd. Just one week. 25th floor here. Any more PDI pictures?

I wonder if they will try taking the crane down this weekend? Obviously due to the weather last weekend didn't happen.

I asked the builder the same question and the answer was yes they will paint the undersides of the balconies.
