A lesson from the master: "I wasn't even at that hockey game. ... Well, yes I was, but I never said that. ... I apologize for saying that."

So, he was in a caucus meeting where they "voted to remove" her from the party out but he "didn't know she was leaving" the party. (And Rob "just had a couple of pops" in the basement.)

Sort of, but not exactly. Neither Carroll nor Devlin were at the end of their careers and could have chosen to carry on. (For instance, Carroll would still be a councillor if she had lost the run for MPP.) It is my understanding that, in contrast, he had reached the expected retirement point at...

My understanding is that he had already resigned from the job at Humber River before DoFo 'won' the leadership race, so that, strictly, he is going from no pay to $348,000 per annum plus expenses. (I don't have an opinion on whether he or the job is worth that much.)

Humber has some excellent programs in specialty fields (e.g. animation), but I believe that for the general curriculum (e.g. 'Business 101') the admission criterion is the ability to breath, with or without assistance (thus, more lenient than 'if you can walk and talk you can go to Brock').

I have one of these (below) on the back of my car. One day a particularly 'square' (and Rotarian, it so happens) neighbour asked me (in utter sincerity): "Aren't you a little young to be a Mason?"

I seem to recall Doug also declaring that his support for Trump is unwavering. (One of the wearying aspects of Ford is that every time he opens his mouth a tired cliche falls out. He even lies and bullshits in tired cliched phrases.)

And this is not just Doug v. Renata. Two-thirds of the amount claimed are attributable to claims by the kids, made on their behalf by Renata as their litigation guardian. (A person under the age of 18 is considered to be "under a disability" and can only sue via being represented by a litigation...

    That is BS, apparently.

Translation from DoFo bullshit: Renata's lawyers offered to try to settle the case before issuing the pleading. Lawyers are obliged to urge their clients to try to settle cases instead of suing. That is a professional conduct obligation. (I know this because I have been a lawyer for coming up on...
