Interestingly, I just posted the Waterloo mid-rise (chateau ;-) design by Richard Wengle, along with other active projects he has designed in Toronto... over at SSP, and a forum member there found this pic from Skale also designed by Wengle for North York. Don't know if there's an application...

Hope there isn't a dramatic redesign to the upper floors... I like this KPMB building with its buff tones that seem to echo the neighbouring clock tower and LCBO. I think this can marry well to the rebuilt heritage facades as well. 👍

Here's the video mentioned above. It actually features 3 Toronto super-talls in the rankings: The One (including financial woes ;-), Pinnacle One Yonge (SkyTower) and Gehry's FORMA.

I lived nearby for 8 years with south views to the financial core and north views across Rosedale Ravine (2 terraces)... but only 5 floors up. I want to croak ⚰️ in the southwest corner penthouse on the 62nd floor of this beauty. When is occupancy?
