With all the Jays' batting/run support woes... I can't find a single discussion on-line about the 2024 bullpen disaster named Erik Swanson. I've lost track of the times this guy, who is paid a gazillion dollars to "pitch" one inning, has blown up a Jay's lead or blown up any comeback chance...

I get your point NL.... but expiry dates on new zoning.... interesting. Maybe hit 'em where it hurts: I'd love to see something (that would survive a court challenge) to deter up-zoning properties just for flipping purposes ... in favour of real projects that aren't clogging the bloated...
