I do agree that there are indeed a handful of buildings at city place that are actually half decent and deserve more credit. But better than this ? In what sense and which specific buildings are you referring to as I find the attention to detail here is unrivaled when compared to city place.

I was thinking more about my comment and the only counter example I have is the Keg, which I believe does really well, so maybe it's hard to say, I still suspect it will not do well here. That's a very interesting perspective comparing the areas :) As we did the opposite i.e. we lived in Y&E...

I haven't seen a lot of action on the site lately, I wonder if there is indeed fallout due to the ongoing issues with Conservatory at the moment.

Even that seems lower. In many older buildings it's much higher e.g. I know plenty of 18-25 story buildings with say ~ 150 units max and they all have 3 elevators so a lot closer to 50 units per elevator. Of course there are other factors (e.g. number of floors and elevator speed).

I can almost guarantee it won't last more than a year !
