The proportions are really weird. The podium looks like it was made in Minecraft, and the staggered crown feature just looks awkward. Not enough transitional floors for such a dramatic overhang. I like how skinny it is but it's a clunker.

I don't understand the complaints about height. This is a major intersection served by 2 streetcar lines and right on the edge of downtown. I would expect this building to have plenty of neighbours of similar height in the future.
