not extremely low. Toronto may just fund the project themselves, the infrastructure bank may take on the project or the federal government might without provincial money it does slow things down but it's a priority project

i think the subway upload is more of a ploy to make the city themselves lean more towards subways as opposed to LRT as it would probably bring subways more in line with LRT operating costs

you won't need loops for LRT because they go both ways, no? unless they're just going to be using the current streetcar trains

most of the lines pre-work is done. Just need to fix some things and they're ready to go. I really hope they finalize a plan shortly and start the work soon.

IIRC the hydro rates are pretty much rest of ontario. Toronto has a different power provider than the rest of the province.

It's basically the same in most of south etobicoke. To go downtown, you have to go in the wrong direction... and your most direct route is slow as hell. Literally backwards planning. In the TTC's mind... who would use the 66 if they are going downtown from HBS? Going to take as long as the 501...

We already know Oxford is redoing their stuff as they renamed the project Union Park. They just haven't made a peep since the change.
