    Property Brothers on W Network

So true. They're professionals, right? You'd think they'd know this based on experience. That being said, I enjoy the show myself. I always wonder how they get building permits so quickly though, especially when the owners always want to move in so quickly. P.S. The newest season of...

Modern Condos, The (Empire Communities) - Real Estate -

True. But that's in the Condo Act, so it's not just this builder, it's all builders. During these times of rock bottom interest rates and growing sales of pre-con condos, purchasers are earning zero interest on their collective millions. Scary times.

It does allow for a more powerful exhaust hood to be installed over the stove. Generally, microwave/exhaust hood combo units don't have the same power as standalone units. But yes, hiding a microwave in an island is functionally awkward.

How does that work? Would I not have to provide that documentation to apply anyway? What would you provide that's different - fake numbers?

    Baby, we got a bubble!?

That's really funny. Because agents always say that sellers think their properties are worth more than they are due to emotional attachment, when in reality, the valuation is based on the price the market dictates. In this case, the market said $1.635, not $2 million.

I think this company could be as legitimate as a payday loan company. And just as sleazy. Legal, but sleazy.

Yes, absolutely get content insurance! You have property management who is getting used to a new building, potentially unfamiliar mechanical and plumbing systems for new residents, and developers who still have a lot of suite access. All these factors create risk for damage and theft, so you...

    TCHC fire sale?

Why is it insane? This is what an urban mosaic is about. Are you actually suggesting that we marginalize the less fortunate to pockets of the city where "the rest of us" can ignore them and the social issues that displace them in the first place? If you want a city with homogenized...

Madison, The (Madison Homes) - Real Estate -
