London on the Esplanade Condos (Cityzen) - Real Estate -

Of course it's exaggeration., but it is born from that feeling of futility, anger and frustration.

I share your frustrations, Gambit. You certainly don't see much activity. Gives one the feeling that crew has abandoned ship. For me it's become a morbid fascination to look up at the dangling work lights in front of the elavators and wonder how many more times they plan to patch and sand...

The Lobby furniture is in the West Tower. Looks the builder found a warehouse clearout event somewhere or a Garage sale possibly. Two goofy high back leather chairs shoved in a corner that look lke they would be happier in some small suburban office lobby, and a teak bedroom dresser over to...

Boutique Condos (Urban Capital, Malibu Investments, Alit) - Real Estate -

When I start agreeing with you Urban, then perhaps the world really is going to to ratsh*t. Such nice space, yet such dull, dreary finishes. Thats the view?! Can't possibly be a penthouse. Brand new and yet I have an urge to go in there and gut the place.

Love it! Just about to turn off the computer when I read the above. Best chuckle of the day. As my daddy used to say. "It may look like a new barnyard, but it's the same old bull."

Perhaps the boot was iconic A result of one too many Gin and Tonic? And in the end, itself got the boot And you have to admit That is kind of ironic . . sorry I'll go now

To the best of my knowledge, they were all released. I remember looking them over at the sales office just after they were released. If they all sold or not is another question. This building is quite an extraordinary and unusual design. I somehow doubt that we will see this building stretch...

Wow. ..And to think London on on the Esplanade. just about a fifty metres away, had to chop itself down several floors to 32 stories to placate the local whiney ass nimbys. Go figure.

London on the Esplanade Condos (Cityzen) - Real Estate -

It seems it was not that long ago everyone was agog at prices hitting the 500 sq. ft. level. Well 500 sq. ft. came and went like a freight train. 600 sq. ft. and plus is rapidly becoming the new water level mark. Things really NEED to cool down a bit, but from what I see there still is a steady...

Lofts 399 Condos (Cresford Development) - Real Estate -

That was quick. Thanks Jaybee. Maybe I'm crazy but I see that as a plus. My neices and nephews are absolutely gaga nuts over this area. They see the neighborhood as 'party central' and are already vieing for position to rent this from me. My birthday is coming up. Shoud be very fruitful . LOL.

Lofts 399 Condos (Cresford Development) - Real Estate -

I'm seeing something I really like in this building. Thinking of buying. This section on Adelaide sitting quietly just off of Spadina and comfortably between Queen and and King really intrigues me as showing great investment potential. I can't imagine it staying quiet like this as the area...

$100,000 price cut gets things moving - could this be telling of things to come ?!?!?

Yep. So do most people doing their due dilligence while holding their cheque books in their hand.

Need some solid feedback on this one, guys. Instead of some agent telling me how great this project is, I want to find what has been going on here. Hell, there are are weeds growing in a 3foot excavated hole and a backhoe that sitting there and it looks like its been there for quite a while...

Ouch. The first image appears to anchor the tower better. Although the revised second picture appears to align itself with the building next door, it now has taken on a bulky appearance. What a shame. Oh well. An extra buck is an extra buck, right?

Southcore Financial Ctr: PricewaterhouseCoopers Tower (18 York St, bcIMC, 26s, KPMB)

I have a feeling this building should look quite pleasing sitting beside the Telus building when it is finished. In a few years the Ice towers should fill in here nicely also imroving the overall vsuals. However I sadly doubt the street level will ever improve above anything more than a busy...

Add Cresford and you now have the top three to steer clear of. From everything I've read on this forum these guys have certainly earned this dubious honor.
