Hov lanes should be only for transit vehicles buses. They also need to be separated with flexy posts. All you do is place license plate readers at certain points and automate the enforcement for offenders

If anyone can answer. I've always wondered why in B.C., quebec and the US on its interstates the pavement on bridges uses a concrete road surface but in ontario the MTO uses asphalt on bridges. Why the difference one must be better for safety so I would assume that the standard would be universal.

They MTO had funds designated for the project, but Ford moved them to the 413 project last election. So there is no funding at this time. The 413 would need to be killed permanently then MTO could move the funds back for HWY 6 and HWY 7.
