Major excavation going on here. Two excavators at work and appears they are at second level down at south west end of site. Difficult to see from photos taken March 4-2024. What\'s with \"curated\" sign. Does that mean high end (price) rentals?

Holly St building is complete with tenants seen walking in and out and sidewalk complete. Only landscaping to go. Not much activity on parkette, probably waiting optimum time for sodding and planting. Dunfield building looks complete with sidewalks done but with temporary fencing in front does...

This is a long shot,from Yonge and Briar Hill, of the trio of buildings - 65 and 75 Broadway. But the main reason I wanted to post this is to ask Mods about the project in the forefront at southeast corner of Yonge and Sherwood. Most of the backside of 4 or 5 stores have been demolished, so...

Taken March 1-2024. A beehive of activity here. Two excavators working. Men shoring south side of site. Wouldn\'t be surprised to see crane base, at least on north half, within a week or two. Sure they\'ll need another crane on south half of this nearly block long site.

Taken March 1-2024. Some good progress here. Forming reached one level below grade. Concrete pumps working from Castlefield and Yonge Street.

It seems the more time passes the fewer the elevators they are putting into these buildings. My condo building is about 25 years old, is 6 floors, 108 units and has 4 elevators,. Almost too many, but we are paying for the convenience.

From the number of photos you take from virtually all over the city, I would have guessed you could be living anywhere in the city. Thanks and keep up the good work!

Have you checked out the prices at Farm Boy? This is a relatively low income area, although the new condos/rentals might help. That's why there is a discount version of one of the major grocery chains currently operating in what's left of the plaza. Also, recall that Metro initially wanted to go...

Building is occupied although ground floor front windows still covered so cannot see front desk or reception. Sign indicates park beside this will be completed in 2023, but photos say otherwise.
