There is at the back of the building fronting on One Valhalla court (or road)..Theres no first floor units in the front of the building.

Hey! Thats just the general date they have given everyone. We must get notice within 3 weeks by (July 17) advising of our respective occupancy dates by floor. GP said they will most likely occupy each floor week by week but may go faster than that, so we should get notice very soon of our exact...

Yea next month by the 17th, we should have the final dates which indicate the dates for our respective floors. So in 3 weeks we should have the final dates!! I cant wait...but am a lil worried I wont be in till 2013, if the 1 week for floor estimate is correct (being on the 19th floor)

New occupancy date is October 17, 2012. Letters were mailed out Friday...let me know what it says..I wont be home until later on. Thanks!

Someone said the met was registered within 2 months. And when I spoke with GP the other day and he said that the exact move-in dates will follow this next letter and will proceed by floor on a "weekly" basis most likely, so obviously the lower floors would have the longest period before...

I saw the new model suite today and as I predicted it was converted into the 2 bedroom suite...its so gorgeous, not crazy about the layout but they did a great job on it. The gra package looks amazing! they didnt use the brown quartz counter top though, they used this white quartz i believe...

Yea that would make sense, Phase 1 and 2 and pretty much sold so it would make sense to convert it into a 2 bedroom as you said. Maybe thats whats taking so long. I do know one thing for sure, if its taking them THAT LONG to complete ONE model suite, imagine how long our suites are going to...
