One thing i'm alway confused to see is how we treat most exit signs as red when red is a universal treatment of stop / avoid / danger. It really should be green.
I bet all the American carriers are loving these no carry on restrictions. Considering they are now making an extra $15-$25 per customer for now having to check a bag.
Perhaps this was a scheme to keep the US airline industry alive.
Not sure if anyone has been following the problems happening in Europe this past week but quite an interesting situtation. Surprised they are having so many problems with the electrified trains.

I do like the idea of having some sort of entrance to the CN Tower under some water. Something perhaps like the entrace to the National Centre for the Performing Arts in Beijing.
It sounds like a great move to make. The prospects look really strong which will just help us build a great young team. It's obvious even if Roy pitched for us and won 25 games this year, we still wouldn't have made the playoffs. I'm excited.
Unless Ted Rogers used his money to build something on Jarvis to be used by the citizens of the city, there's no way in hell I'd support renaming it after him. Might as well rename Church Street Harold Ballard Avenue.
It's too bad we're not getting the full blast of snow because that added rain should make for puddles the size of oceans on streetcorners pretty quickly. I finally bit the bullet and purchased some snowboots so i'll be ready when it hits.

Pemberton group happened. What did you all expect? It's always been a boring tower covered in precast. Enjoy it while it looks new because this thing is going to look terrible in 10 years.
I hope they don't do anything bad to the building fronting Don Mills. They should turn that great building into lofts and then add some 5-7 story condos with streetfront retail where the parking lots currently exist. Could be a great little dense community with alot of charm.
Actually the view from unit might still be ok. The tower portion of Charlie is aligned to the east portion of the site and the south portion is low enough to allow sunshine to pass through to this unit. The sliver of daylight might only last for a couple of hours but it's still sunlight...
