    Toronto Riverside Square | 64.6m | 20s | Streetcar | RAW Design

Also interesting that it makes reference to a 'public park' instead of a POPS

I disagree - there may be some parks in the area, but only Jimmie Simpson is actually on Queen, and that's a ways away. If Queen/Broadview is going to have this much development around it, having a big public square on Queen is a good idea

Are there plans to put any kind of community centre in LV? I can't help but feel this would be a great place for it. If one of the last pieces of character is being demolished, may as well get something descent out of it

    Toronto BMO Field Renovations | ?m | ?s | MLSE | Gensler

It has been a trend, but keep in mind over those years they always played second fiddle to the Jays in terms of dates. You have to agree that the fact many of those home games in the last 2/3 years were on a Tuesday night must have had a big impact on fan attendance. TV ratings in the GTA are...

They average about 18k per game, so it'd be about 33% more to get 24K. Plus, as of 5 years ago they were averaging 24K. The current sub-20K figures are more of a historical blip than a real trend. And the point made was a good one, 4K seats isn't that bad and you could definitely see...

    Toronto BMO Field Renovations | ?m | ?s | MLSE | Gensler

I'd be really surprised if it ended up being 28K for CFL games. Seems like it would be a waste of space since they'd probably average around 24K. Empty seats never look good on TV I guess it'll probably just end up being the MLS-size 30K minus however many seats are in both end zones that...

Do we know the capacity of BMO for CFL games yet? I want to say 25K but maybe someone knows if that's correct

    Toronto BMO Field Renovations | ?m | ?s | MLSE | Gensler

I guess we'll find out, but I think the bigger thing keeping people from coming out to games isn't the weather, it's the fact the Dome is a terrible place for football. Fans in Montreal didn't come out when the Als played at the Big O, but suddenly with 22K fans packed into McGill stadium, the...

Because fans at just about every other stadium come out and freeze their butts off. Plus, it only gets cold for the last 2-3 games of the regular season and playoffs

They also put 27 minutes as travel time from Don Mills to Union, which would only even be close to that when the system is running normally. I.e. sunday mornings

    Toronto StudioCentre | ?m | 1s | SmartCentres | Petroff Partnership Architects

Wow over 800K SF of office space - that's almost equal to Bay Adelaide East. It will certainly help liven up the place

    Don Mount Court Redevelopment

I think it's called Rivertowne - to my knowledge they were built within the last decade and they're a combination of private and public housing. I assume you're referring to Joel Weeks park, not Berczy Park...

At least the renderings seem to show places where more than 2 people can sit together. That alone is an improvement over June Callwood

As far as I know, the cube will have the elevators that will take you to the rooftop space. It'll be open the same hours as the subway, IIRC

    St Lawrence Market

It seems like a joke. The physical building is open, but none of the vendors are

    Toronto St Lawrence Condos at 158 Front | 91.44m | 26s | Cityzen | a—A

Is this 12 stories or are those double floor heights?

I had the same reaction. It's mind-blowing how big these have gotten in 4 years. I think the same process was used on QQ, so fingers crossed it'll look similar in 5 years

Toronto CityPlace: Canoe Landing Community Centre & Schools | 15.85m | 3s | City of Toronto | ZAS Architects

I've heard that too. Surely some will end up staying with high-school-aged kids, but CT and Harbord can probably handle it

Central Tech is at less than 60% capacity, so I think they figure they'll be okay for a bit

    SmartTrack (Proposed)

Also the only map I've seen that adds in another station between Union and Dundas West. The original map had 2, the one above has 3.
