Yes, $650.00 /sq ft is for U Condo. So I figured out 1 bedroom around 700 sq feet with locker and parking...will be at least half mil. That's out of my budget for sure !!!! I'm curious to know how this project will sell.

Thanks for the map. I read somewhere construction would start Fall 2007 and Bazil International (1 Bloor East) would also donate 2 mil $ to help this project.

It says construction starting 2007, I guess that would be Fall 2007. Does anyone know if they are starting from Church Street or from west side? Not sure how far out west this goes.
