I just realized that out of all the buildings in that picture, the only towers to NOT have a twin/look-alike will be 10 york and Delta Bremner. Oh, and the Toronto Star building. Ugh.

I see this building every single day. The wave effect is barely noticeable unless the conditions are right - like in the lighting of the above photos, or if standing underneath and looking straight up. Otherwise, 80% of the time it looks like a generic glass condo. Like a lot of aA's projects...

I didn't think I could hate P+S's work any more than I did, but they have outdone themselves this time.

Wow that's a nice render. And it is very realistic too, except for the three glowing rectangular boxes. Gives us an actual idea of how it will end up looking, and at night, it's a beaut!

This model is spectacular, steveve, and If you are pursuing architecture school this model will surely be your selling point. Being a graduate from Architecture at Ryerson, I can tell you they will love this. If it is what you want to pursue, make sure you take professional quality photographs...

Also, it doesn't have the city hall behind it, so it is less picturesque. Maybe it would be used for seating during the event - you'd get a pretty nice view.

After seeing the horribly offensive design at the King Blue, this has made me feel much better. The shorter tower at the corner could be absolutely spectacular with high end materials and proper detailing.

Wow, so even the "worst" architecture in the UK is more interesting, creative, sophisticated and refined than most projects we've built here in the past two decades. Sigh.
