We had our "PDI" yesterday. But because the unit wasn't complete, there were elements still missing and unfinished, they weren't comfortable with us doing our official PDI, so we'll be going back in a week or so to do it. But they did let us go up and do an unofficial inspection which was great...

A few more photos from today. Construction elevator coming down, sidewalk in front of building rebuilt (and trees planted), finish on the lobby entry being installed.

Not yet. I’m booked for next Friday.

We emailed Desiree asking how long the appointment is booked for; we did a ton of customizations and wanted to make sure we have enough time to check everything. She said 2 hours. Not sure if that’s typical.

Got notice of my PDI date - November 13th. Anyone else? I swung by the site today, I’ll upload photos in the constructions forum.

I don't think until early or mid next month. The construction elevator is still up (which is blocking the parking garage) and the lobby isn't done yet. I swung by the site last week Saturday, so there's progress. I'm planning to go ahead this coming Saturday. I'll take photos this time and post...

I got my letter too. I was surprised by that, I was expecting it to say firm occupancy date vs tentative final closing date. Our date is December 2nd.

Nothing yet for me. I’ll email them later today. Also, whether this is helpful or not to other purchasers, I connected with the developer a couple months ago to increase the last deposit amount (to lower the occupancy fee) but was told they are not entertaining any changes to the deposit schedule.

I haven’t heard anything new either. I’m on the 9th floor, so I was thinking I wouldn’t hear from Brad until mid October; if I assume a mid November occupancy and them needing to give us at least 30 days notice.

I personally can’t say, but I think it’s possible? What I’m not sure about is that utility elevator on the north side. It blocks the parking garage entrance. I have to imagine they need to remove it so residents can actually park.

Definitely coming together at ground level. If they’re looking to have occupancy start in October, they’ve got just over a month left to get that lobby and building entrance done.

I still don’t quite understand how they’re able to form floors without a crane. How do they move the forming templates from the formed level up? Blows my mind.
