Well, it is a VERY nice brick wall, after all.

I know it won't ever happen but to me it's a streetwall killer in the middle of downtown. I love it and want it to stay but at the same time I want to see an actual tower there.

I love the TD bank pavilion but I really want to see a tower there. I'd like to see a black tower, something like the Columbia center in Seattle with the TD pavilion as a base.

I like the black glass, it's a shame there's not more of it.

I like those metal beams for some reason. I'd love to see them painted yellow and clad in clear glass (the glass that part of Shangri-la's base uses, north of the actual tower).

I just realized in Jasonzed's first photo how well ICE's curtain/window wall and balcony glass goes with MLS' podium glass.

Shame about 990 bistro. Can't they move the facade somewhere?
