I am glad someone else noticed. I think this is one of the best examples of window wall in the city. I like the way the horizontal slab panels align in both the window system and balcony railings. Minto also did something a little different with their vertical feature panels on balconies.

metal spandrel colours I personally like the use of vivid colours in the metal spandrels, and i especially like the grid of the window mullions within the same panels. although bright in nature, it brings a little something different and pleasing to the area.

Joel in TO is correct. the same glass is being used throughout the tower; that is, AGC's TiAc 40 on the exterior lite and 6mm clear float on the interior lite. TiAc 40 is a high performance low e glass, incorporating a titanium coating.

Luna balconies To me the staggered two storey high structural glass pieces in the balcony railing system are a nice feature and go beyond any of the other railing systems at City Place. I don't know what others think but this is my favorite City Place grouping to date.
