Yea I follow that thread. Pretty certain my comment applies to both sites. The fact that we have two separate threads for them (which yea, I understand why there are two) is sort of reflective of the general thinking behind them as disparate when it should be holistic

i believe he was downtown, as he references a bunch of 20th century period architecture specific to the core. but whether he was downtown or on the 427 is kind of moot. it provides a summary of the city's built form that feels raw and unfiltered. and the fact that he's not an architecture critic...

i feel like that rendering makes it look way bulkier than it actually is. given the proximity to the future ontario line station at east harbour, is this potentially not dense enough?

Update on the metal panel progress. A bit unfortunate that the soffits, which is where most of this orange red colour shows up, will constantly be in shadow and so the colour almost doesn’t read on a cloudy day. I had to boost saturation on this pic just to see the colour.
