Great photos all, thanks! They still have the 76th, 77th, 78th and 79th floors to go (all of which will be 10 feet or more ceiling heights). Then, at least another 5 floors for mechanical. So still plenty of height to come. :D

They're working on the standard floor plate now, so it should fly.

There are 21 floors on the top section of the building (floors 59-79), which will be a separate registered condo corp. They are currently working on the 71st floor, so 8 more to go plus the mechanical.

Hi Torell, thanks for the updates. Very interesting. Those balconies at the Eaton Chelsea will be enclosed after the renovation, so that should solve that problem at least.

The elevator running up the north side of the building is the hoist elevator. If you purchased one of these units, your purchase agreement will state so. They have delayed occupancy dates as the elevator is last to be removed once the building is complete.
