The Lobbyist Register tells us that the above parcel is in play.

I believe, it is more than the address stated, however.

2335 is the parcel below being used to store vans:

I have highlighted this site on the aerial below:

Taken on its own, it is buildable as a lowrise w/o difficulty and possibly a midrise, but there are obvious challenges with the adjacent, similar uses. (Auto repair and more vehicle storage).

I won't speculate on which other parcels may be involved, we shall see what unfolds.

Site size, (highlighted): ~12,000ft

The proponent is still trying to get a notice of complete application here with additional document resubmissions. No changes to the proposal itself.

Site Plan Approval application filed:

2335 ST CLAIR AVE W

The applicant is proposing an 11-storey residential building. The proposal comprises a total gross floor area of 5,388 square metres, and will include 73 residential dwelling units, planned for rental tenure.

Thanks! I would like to add that although this project may seem isolated, there is a large retail plaza adjacent as well as a burgeoning retail strip along Dundas West and Runnymede.
