A Toronto real estate mystery has been solved. In August, an anonymous entity purchased the building at 720 Bathurst, the former home of the Centre for Social Innovation, for $16 million. It turns out the buyer was the city, which now plans to turn the heritage standout into an Indigenous homeless shelter.

Lol more food hall options...someone remind me again... a few years ago in the Annex & Koreatown area the asian theme food hall concept called "Superfresh" wasn't it shut down for good...
