The floor doesn't seem to be laminate but rather SPC vinyl for 3900 Confederation units. Could anyone confirm?

Big difference in quality when compared to units just north on Confederation or Edge Towers. Was hoping these two would stand out for quality, not just height and shape.

The scale of the public realm surrounding these buildings is ridiculous and dehumanizing. Larger public spaces is not always better.

Sorry if I’m missing something, but by public spaces are you referring to the parks and wide sidewalks and such?

Except for the balcony glass colour, I didn’t see much hate or disdain for these buildings in this forum.

Yup and it’s not even the balcony colour that’s so much the problem I’ve come to determine. I don’t love the colour, but the problem is the balconies are too transparent, and they needed to be more solid, because unfortunately you can see the crazy mess of windows behind them which makes the building look wayyy to busy, especially up close.
