how often do you go back? will be nice to see the progress in a month or two time.
I go back when I can, weather permitting.
 
It'll be here awhile. These 'temporary' buildings can easily run $1M+ so there's long term value in keeping it around. Remember, CityPlace's sales office (formerly on the site of Canada House) was up for ~20 years...
Is this sales centre for phase 1, or the whole development?

This is the Sales/Experience Centre for the whole development.
 
Quadreal loves their expensive sales offices. They built an expensive, quite dramatic office for their VMC holdings as well.
I agree. Part of the reasoning, other than to bring people in, is these are sales offices that are going to be around for close to 20 years by the time all of the phases/blocks are complete. At least in relation to VMC South and this one.
Definitely better than a mobile construction trailer office right? haha

I think this one is a great piece and a real eye catcher for those passing by. Maybe a bit biased because my office designed it, but I do like the design a lot.
