@dracolnyte huge bias? I’m not even discussing 88 and this is a Sixty Colborne thread. 88 hasn’t closed yet which means you couldn’t purchase there anyway. My comments towards 88 are honest, for better or worse, and my thread history there proves that.

@dracolnyte rather the company of endless cars...less sketchy. The path connection is awkward in that area and should be avoided if possible. I didn’t even bother using it while working there because it’s so convoluted.

@TheSix I agree but that depends on the board and unit owner composition. For example, if 20% of the building is owned by an investment company, that's a pretty powerful vote. Not saying they want the building to go this route but I am curious why 300 Front ended up like that.

Aside from The Berczy, has Concert done this for any other development in Toronto? 88 Scott started occupancy late October 2017 and isn't registered. Amenities only opened a few months ago and some are still not ready.
