Not sure if this is the right thread or not. New name. New sign.

88 Scott St. (Concert Properties) - Real Estate -

@Eastalltheway I live here and love it. I'm in a 1,200 SqFt unit and the utility bills are cheaper than my previous 700 SqFt new build. Yes all units have ERV's. No elevator problems. The best part for me is the community, which is incredible. 88 Scott is the first building I ever lived in...

I was expecting more from Concert. Hopefully their exterior material selection impresses!

Pi Co. will also be a tenant on the Colborne side.

Sixty Colborne (Freed Developments) - Real Estate -

@dracolnyte huge bias? I’m not even discussing 88 and this is a Sixty Colborne thread. 88 hasn’t closed yet which means you couldn’t purchase there anyway. My comments towards 88 are honest, for better or worse, and my thread history there proves that. Don’t post in threads talking down poor...

Sixty Colborne (Freed Developments) - Real Estate -

@dracolnyte rather the company of endless cars...less sketchy. The path connection is awkward in that area and should be avoided if possible. I didn’t even bother using it while working there because it’s so convoluted. 88 has awesome path access from commerce across the street. Sixty has it...

Sixty Colborne (Freed Developments) - Real Estate -

@dracolnyte aside from the lobby, I find it the weakest of all three. HP has some of the most questionable floor plan designs I’ve seen in some time. I even find the penthouse collection underwhelming. Are those vertical blinds standard? To be honest, vehicle congestion in that area alone would...

Sixty Colborne (Freed Developments) - Real Estate -

@dracolnyte is the quality at HP really any better than Sixty Colborne? The units I saw at HP weren’t finished well and most were poorly designed

The atrium and Aroma Espresso Bar opened today. Looks great.

    Toronto Berczy Park Revitalization | ?m | ?s

This area is normally flooded. I would be surprised if the current condition is due to urine.

    10 York St (Condos @ 120 Harbour, Tridel) - Real Estate -

@TheSix I agree but that depends on the board and unit owner composition. For example, if 20% of the building is owned by an investment company, that's a pretty powerful vote. Not saying they want the building to go this route but I am curious why 300 Front ended up like that.

    10 York St (Condos @ 120 Harbour, Tridel) - Real Estate -

@TheSix what was my opinion - that 300 Front is managed as a hotel? https://www.booking.com/hotel/ca/living-suites-toronto-toronto1.html There is absolutely nothing wrong with renting and I would argue it's unavoidable in today's market. If 10 York is managed similarly to 300 Front, I would be...

    Toronto The Kip District | 120.44m | 40s | Concert | BDP Quadrangle

Aside from The Berczy, has Concert done this for any other development in Toronto? 88 Scott started occupancy late October 2017 and isn't registered. Amenities only opened a few months ago and some are still not ready. The Kip turned out great and I'm looking forward to seeing future phases.

    10 York St (Condos @ 120 Harbour, Tridel) - Real Estate -

Amazing to see how many rentals are available in this place by Tridel alone. 67 units on the Del Rental website today. https://www.delrentals.com/condos-for-rent/downtown/ten-york/10-york-street 300 Front is essentially a hotel now I wonder if this property will have the same fate.

    Toronto Love Park | 3m | 1s | City of Toronto | CCxA

I’m luving Love Park. I appreciate the playfulness and character of the design. The other proposals, while all fine, feel bland in comparison.

88 Scott St. (Concert Properties) - Real Estate -

I am aware of 3 floods. Two floods originated in the amenity area and largely only impacted that component. Most amenities are above commercial spaces. I also don’t think it will be a reoccurring issue as the core problem has been addressed. The first flood was on 5 and has been corrected. There...

The current elevator settings don’t allow you to access parking from suite floors. It’s configurable though, the elevator shaft runs through all floors.

Totally agree. The amenities are also finished very well. It's amazing how similar they are to the renderings, pretty much exactly what was depicted in renderings.

Yes it is part of the gym. The current gym is really the cardio and spin room.
