My understanding is that registration with the City is almost there. Final paperwork was submitted this week it is now on City Planner Bruna N. to circulate for comments and if no comments I believe that's it should be good to go. FYI I am not sure how fast the city moves....I continue to call...

Has anyone received any timing on full building completion? Looks like they are almost done with all units

Hey neighbour- got keys today. I -think, hope, pray- this is normal wear and tear that they clean up as they finalize the building. I've been to a lot of condos that looked similarly rough while construction was still ongoing

Yup same here... a little bit more notice on things would have been nice...especially needing cheques. I forgot those existed.

I straight up asked and they said for me (Oct 12) they "Don't foresee a delay"- keep us posted on your occupancy!

Saw my unit as well as several other units en route to 4th floor. October seems...feasible...but quite a few units still down to the studs. Honestly am very happy with how it's turning out just very slow

Just got a notice saying that occupancy has been delayed yet again to August. Has there been much activity done at the site? I feel like this build is taking forever to wrap up

Any progress at the construction site? Just got a letter pushing occupancy to mid-June do to some "last minute setbacks"

Right now they have move-ins communicated as of March 31st but not seeing a huge lift from my last visit in Dec

Any action on this one? Haven't seen any updates in some time

Hey PMT I am new to the forum and am wondering what these means in terms of the construction process. Would this be the last step before they can actually start building?
