Ya they sold out over long weekend on Sunday I think. Went in to see whats up, friend there said all gone to a few agents. Avg was 725/ sq ft. 48 units. wasnt advertised because it was sold probably before they even released the units.
I checked out STOCK at Trump Tower last night. Lots of different impressions. The buildings finishes and decor are awesome, very tasteful and elegant. The resto is poorly designed however. Being on the 31st floor the only windows that you see are behind the bar and the area where DJ is. SO whats...
It has already started. Making units smaller and cheaper so they sell the penthouses. I wonder how long the top 2 floors for all the 5star hotels will be available for sale from the developer.

From what i know it will be in the mid 30's and the units will be going at 750-800 per square foot. Thats what the lil birdie told me after he came back from the AURA sales agent meeting a few weeks ago and spoke with Riz.
I would agree. They used some sort of high strenght metal or something in Trump Tower. And I say cheap, because I know from experience and dealing with RoCP. Even when you go to finish selection center for AURA, the hi end floors are sooo high end you can scratch them with your fingernail. No...
Oh ya i am. Gonna live there 6mths -1yr. cash out my profits and chill in the carribean for the next 6-10years :-). Long term building if done like RoCP will be a mess in my opinion.
this is sooo true. Cheap materials, installed by cheap contractors who can not follow instructions and cut corners. From what I know the same contractors who installed the piping at RoCP are working on AURA. I expect the building to start falling apart after about 4-5 years of being registered.
