Definitely a lack of consistency with the level of density permitted across the LRT. I assume you're talking about the west end of the LRT (Chaplin -Fairbank)?

Aside from the Environmental issues, separation distances to 57 Spadina and shadow concerns to the east, this site has great potential.
It would have been nice to see the brick face maintained here.
The King-Spadina HCD lists this property as a Contributing Property as well, so I'm surprised to see it being demo'd.
