It doesn't look like it from the link, but I'd hope they'd at least consider if they're putting the money in to building a new bridge they can at least have a small part of it be a pedestrian deck. Pedestrian infrastructure costs peanuts compared to other modes and there can always be more...

Whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy. This would be as baffling as some of the ECLRT station decisions. If the London Underground can incorporate station entrances while maintaining good unbroken retail stretches in the 1800s we can in the 2020s.
Really not a fan of this one. Taking one of the more lively stretches of King and removing a pretty decent corner pub (and the world famous club where Yankees pitcher CC Sabathia got in a fight and was kicked out, leading to him going to rehab mid-season).
