If this were real, this is what you'd do: 6 units per floor with generous sizing. Someone would have no issues leasing this given the location. ~251 units makes 3 elevators perfectly fine. It's extremely rare that I see an investment vision from this kind of garbage, but this could work very well.

You know what everyone is hankering after right now? A 91-storey approval of absolutely terrible investor garbage in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

I'd find one of these compelling if there were no American stops. Completely ruins the whole idea (for me) as all of the providers bounce around to both sides, unfortunately.
