    For reference: in 2021 when everything was blazing hot, we were tracking high $400s and even low $500s. Today, there is a 50s building that we all know that is about halfway up and is locked in at $305. And my sense is it's only going to compress further in the coming year.

    A table is a back-of-the-napkin $1M cost including the weird formwork and mechanical items. That does not include the outworkings of an artificially deep at-grade slab to be able to accommodate it.

    What do you mean 'reconsider'? It's entirely up to the developer whether they're provided. You also can't just make a balcony interior space as it's excluded from the GFA calculation and plate size.
