I disagree. What's the incentive to put time and effort into something that will never get beyond the screen or printed page? There is absolutely no difference whether it's stunning or a shoddy kit of parts, so why expect that anyone should put in any effort beyond the bare minimum required to...
Not necessarily against this, but worth noting the original building here is an Uno Prii from 1968 which fought its own significant planning battles prior to construction.
