Just really hope we do hear back soon like before the summer..we were first time homebuyers - who ended up renting and now purchasing a pre owned townhome. Hoping for good news from KSV (as in we get our deposit back guaranteed)

Oh no! I’m sorry about that. I was going to get an additional parking spot and they were asking for a cheque for 10% of it.(35k for the spot I believe) I was so upset with the progress at that time I just decided not to send them a cheque.
A lot of people are just trying to buy an affordable home to live in, not to make money from it. Pre construction was/is the most affordable.
My parents bought pre con and many others and have not had issues like this!

I don’t understand it either, as there are the townhomes built in that area too.
The last they mentioned was there has been no movement with permits. My friend doesn’t directly deal with that department but they were able to see the lack of movement. They can’t access that info unfortunately
Yes, a while back I mentioned that they don’t have the proper permits to build (due to my valid sources of city working friend and someone who directly worked with John the CEO)
That’s unfortunately been the case & looks like it still is. It has to do with the Conservation & the city.

Do you know anything about their lack/slow approval of permits? I know they need multiple permits to continue building etc? I heard there was an issue with City of Brampton and also the conservation etc.
