NOAC has not been issued here. There are no 'new build' permits filed, never mind issued. There are, however, a full suite of demolition permits. Which were issued in Sept '25.

Fresh permit activity on this one in February '26 (not yet issued). None of the building permits over at 1117 are issued either. While the demo permit is in place at 1117, as of last month, no work was underway. I think @flonicky should be dispatched to investigate.
