Try seeing what mapquest has. for their street view. its pretty decent. and the keep updated info on that kind of thing if im not miskaten
Like all markets it goes in a cycle, Now is a good time to buy, renovate, wait and in a few years sell. specially if oyu can do the work yourself but do your research into zoning, as well as into what future develomnets are planned for that area...
Your going to want to look into future potention and planned building projects as well, as often these get overlooked and your prime location won't be prime in a few years... be careful of this.
Cali is one of the healthier markets at the moment. its nice to see somethings are working out... now if peiple would just spend more things would be good.
Thats what i thought, Yah transfers can be a hassle but they eventyually work out a solution that works well.
