I think that's even worse. Low income rentals will just ensure this area never improves.

This is a rough part of St. Catharines, any proposal should include a community centre and a new school. It's going to take decades to clean-up this area and there's zero chance they can sell 9 towers worth of condos here. Start small and give me tiered patios facing the green space.

Notable progress at the Frederick today. Exterior limestone slabs being installed on ground floor. Park taking shape with cement poured and soil moving. Will be a nice complement to Upper East Village.

Townhouse also delayed, February 13th pushed back to March 21st.

Hi Jalsevac - I received an email on September 16th that my firm occupancy date will be February 13, 2023. I'm in a townhouse so I imagine I will be one of the first to move in. My previous tentative date was December 20, 2022 and this was received in an email on July 11th. Hope that helps!
