They say tourism is increasing again. I was surprised to see this as I made many trips to beach areas 1-6 this past summer and it looked less crowded than normal - especially beach 1. I guessed I missed the busy days!

They are now working on Spruce Street. You can also see the 4th floor look-outs at the front and also at the back of the Stonebridge townhouses.

I have only seen renderings of the two townhouse layouts. I'm sure as this moves along they will release renderings of the other types. Stonebridge is a quality builder here - their other developments in the area are first class. I guess we'll have to see what the final product will look like...

Yes there are according to the phased in plans released earlier, but it seems they are only working on the "work-live" part of the first phase (see below). Since these are being built on spec I guess they want to see how sales go with this before committing to the next part of phase 1...

Dropped by Beach Drive today - new street level is clearly shown with the installation of new hydrants. The last remaining establishment "The Sand Bar" first level stores and entrance will be below the street - not sure what they will do. They are working on the third story of the townhouses...

Roadwork currently under way. You can see how much higher the new road will be by looking at the top of the cement sewer drains - a good 6 feet higher than the old road level. They are also starting work on the second story of the first phase work/play townhouses.

I haven't been able to get firm pricing - just ball park. If you contact Stonebridge sales directly you might get something more definitive. I think they are waiting to show off some finished product before marketing this seriously. They are taking a different approach - instead of pre-sales to...
