Are the hand railings an accessibility requirement? They seem high and might interfere with sightlines. I don't believe the 100 level (infield) had hand railings before.

It appears to have been approved with conditions and states Final and Binding on AIC. Nothing on TLAB because the decision was not appealed.

I remember when Sp!re was "tall" and stood out east of the core downtown buildings.

I would not be against more places serving Halifax-style donairs in Toronto.

This was my go-to grocery store for a number of years. Went back yesterday for one last shop before it closes. Still knew exactly where all the things I needed were located. Actually going to miss it when it closes.

Looking at the images towards the outfield corners has me thinking that the left/right fielders have to be on their game when tracking liners down the line. A fair ball turning in foul territory could end up in the corner or bounce just far enough to hit the wall and stay where the ball boy...

If level 55 was the last to be poured, they are at 616 ft / 187.78 metres (core would be higher).

The tower and podium have pre-cast brick cladding. The tower portion is decent but I found the podium cladding to be rather meh. That being said, I was driving so and didn’t have a lot of time to check it out in detail.

I did that all the time, often parking on the top level as it was the only place with empty spots.
