I was never a fan of the guy, nor do I really care about the motivations and theories being spread. He was father of a 3yo and 1yo, who will never know their dad nor have him around. As a father of 4 and 2 yos, this makes me really sad.
While driving along Pharmacy it looked like construction on the section of the Finch Corridor trail east of Pharmacy was complete. Asphalt was poured and fencing removed.
Lower levels have 13 units.
Middle-level floors have 15 units.

Danforth Closure for bridge work. I received this notice via email. The subject line referenced "Lakeshore West". I hope people living in the east end didn't just delete the email without opening it up!
The sixth floor is the last of the podium floors. I suspect after that it will pick up as the floor plates become more standard. Not sure we'll see Pinnacle or Centrecourt speed, but certainly quicker than current pace.
Jay Peak Ski Resort in Vermont accepts Canadian dollars at par for lift tickets. Once upon a time the owners were Canadian and they've kept this in place ever since through change in ownerships. There are more Canadians than Americans living within a 2-hr drive of the resort and it relies a lot...
That's the thing. The McDonalds with drive through stays but the new apartment building on the NW corner (which I don't think was ever occupied) will be gone.
